I have clicked the required numbers of ptc ads, Grid game, and done two offers yesterday, but there is no reflection of bonus on my stats.

Its called Daily Checklist Bonus. There are no points on ClixSense.

The Daily Checklist bonus will be added to your account balance during the first few minutes of the next day. You can see it in your Transaction History as well as the Checklist Bonus History.

How do you do Offers (unless if you watch those videos)? I mean, don't you have to pay some money to do that offers? I'm new, I don't know how all things works around here...

The majority of the offers are free. For those where you have to pay - it says so in the small text on the offer.
