Click on your username ( the one next to the Sign Out tab ) -- this will open your Account Summary page; now look down to the My Balance -- just next to the cash bag is the link that will available once you reached the amount needed for cashout
But make sure that before you click on that link, that you have correctly placed your payment processor details ( Paypal / Payza / LR ) and that you have indicated your processor account; any wrong spelling / typo error in making this in your Profile and Settings page may cause some difficulties in cashout, so do double-check
