No, can't really be any more specific than that.

He/she/it, hacked an account of mine and been receiving my funds to his/her/it's paypal account.

Well there now you have been specific. It's always good to know the specifics, more helpful as to what this person has done......

So guy hijacks accounts and diverts payments to his account.......

This is a MAJOR exploit - I don't know why site scripts don't tighten security and require PIN # e-mail validation before accepting changing of payment processors.

Did you try contacting the site admin, they could contact PayPal and flag the transaction as fraudulent and chargeback. I know this has been done before on PTC / GPT.

No not email at all. A program in which we place our email and our paypal account.
Actually, a traffic exchange THUMBVU and some months ago, the owners sold it and the new owners
changed some things around. One day I went to log in and it said I did not exist. I did not bother to
fool with it at the time and so the other day, I did go back and try to send for password and all that....it
said I don't exist. I pinch myself to see if I exist.....yep, I exist.

I submit a support ticket. Some guy with handle of Larry something or other, replies and says he will
give me a temporary log in.....so I log in. What I find is that hacker has his email in the contact info
and in the paypal payment slots.

I directly sponsored a few hundred members there and some are paid members. Seems they been
doing the payments differently too. Before members would pay optionally for several months, or a year.
Sponsor gets percentage. Now it looks like they doing something monthly. I don't know, all of it's weird.
So I can only advise not to participate at thumbvu because system appears to no longer be secure plus
it's all weird the way it's been changed.

Wow - thanks for the details another site to add to the blacklist :D

Sites like that go corrupt eventually, and it's not the first or last site to screw around :)
