Survey offers target specific countries as per sponsors / advertisers requirements. Unfortunately you are in a country where surveys are not available through the networks used here (and most GPTs) - however tasks are more international as many are earning from it, but no guarantee. I guess you have to keep checking and hoping that something comes up.

Survey offers are mostly Tier 1 country targeted and only very few span across other countries.
