my referrals are clicking only the ads not doing the offers or tasks. For me no use in having referrals .

Educate them by sending a mass message. It definitely helps because whenever you update your message, all your referrals will see it as a small pop-up when they visit their account summary page.

Here is a sample message I send to my referrals.
And if you have referrals from Tier 1 countries, be sure to include some details about offers and surveys
