Dear Friends,

Kindly need your help to get out my mind from the my past relation. I am 26 year old & I am continuously thinking about her only. Not able to do any kind of work & also not able to concentrate on my career. So if any one had this type of relation with any1 in past please guide me how can i able to forget her..?? But friend I love her so much due to this i am suffering deep depression.

So now need your suggestions & guidance to be my life happier & beautiful.

sounds like your first love. this is a tricky 1 get your self a note pad and write out a list of things to do each day.remember you are a beautiful person.and what you feeling is normal if you have a friend you can talk to do keep busy and dont forget to eat have alot of sweats and have 1 each time you get down what ever it is your in to do that. i went through what your going through a while back i lost my girl because i was hooked on drink. get your self a dog its worked wonder,s for me he,s name is sanchez he keeps me busy every day i walk him as mush as i can and he sleeps with me every night. love is the hardest thing to get through my friend but don't worrie you will be fine keep your chin up and remember you are a beautiful person lifes all about learning and growing.i send you love and luck today brother so have fun and dont forget how speical you are

if you really have that, then it is done.

2. get a matches or lighter
3. set fire to it, then flush through your toilet.
4. for this to work, you must believe shes gone for live.

How can i do all this things with that persons picture who i loves a lot..??

When i seeing her photo then i more & more go into her love.

May be This steps will gives me more pain @ the time of doing.

dude, high time you decide what is important for you. your career or your former girlfriend. remember, everything happens for the best. maybe someone even better is just waiting round the corner. get a hold on your career, and a find a new girl.
