;) And that's why people should always read the ToS and User Agreements of any site they sign up to very carefully -- there's no telling that inside the clauses ( a.k.a. "Fine Print" ) in the Agreement that there are some things that are applicable whether you like it or not

Like the case where FB can ( and has ) changed it's User Agreement several times throughout the years in regards to Privacy settings -- and that issue with Instagram where your photos can be used without your consent ( see news article, courtesy of Geek.com dated last December 2012 )

 Reference source -- From January 16, Instagram can sell your photos without permission | News | Geek.com

( BTW, Do make sure to keep a screenshot, or at least convert the webpage into PDF using any of the online Web-to-PDF services of everything that is important from the Web, so you can keep it for reference )

----------

Update
: Found that article that you were refering to, ma'am ptcseeker ( sorry, took a while -- had to check other sources too ) :

Yon nga lang. Any moment rin kasi pwede nila itong baguhin (TOS) At don tayo lalong walang habol, since nag-agree naman tayo pare-pareho sa TOS nila. :D
