Not too sure what you mean. If you are wanting to place an advert, all you need to do is submit
it, they will review it.

Don't mix things. When you submit a PTC advertisement with 1500 ad credits, YOU ARE advertising. So you will not earn money on ClixSense from your own ad.

Tasks are completely different to ads. Tasks are provided by Crowdflower and you will have complete a task successfully to earn from it.
