I have two questions:

1) Is winning determined based on which square you choose or is it randomly determined after so many people click?

2) How do you get so many members to do it when they aren't paid, only given the chance of payment?

No it really doesn't have anything to do with a chosen square, I don't think.

It's just random.

First of all, realize that in order to earn the checklist bonus, members need
to click 20 ads in the clixgrid.

Secondly, do the time math. There is no cats to click in the grid. Ads run only 5 seconds.
20 ads x 5 seconds = 100 seconds which is 1 minute and 40 seconds. Or basically one
could say, approximately 1 and 1/2 minutes.

Therefore, the chance of winning some money for 1 and 1/2 minute clicking/viewing, is mighty
advantageous, not to mention earning extra on the daily checklist bonus.

Its took too much time they mentioned 5 seconds correct but the ads loading too late mostly took 40mins for 60ads for the clixgrid

I would say if it took you that amount of time, it must be related to the speed of your internet service.

Have you updated your browser, and the respective plug-ins ( such as Adobe Flash for IE and Non-IE browsers )? There would be cases that aside from a slow internet connection, plug-ins and add-ons that are not updated tend to slow down one's system -- it would be best to see, and maintain that your plug-ins & add-ons are up-to-date

Aside from that, try to check if you have a good anti-virus and anti-malware program installed in your system -- this should be updated constantly ( daily ) on either automatic or manual updating, and that you have to make it a habit to scan your system everyday ( that is, after you go online and log out of your account -- unplug your connection and start scanning, one program at a time )

And, as a last personal check -- try to defrag your system at least once or twice a month ( a full defrag every day is not good for your hard drive -- it'll actually cause more harm doing so -- try to defrag on the end of a month ) and clean your system with Piriform CCleaner ( you can download it from the publisher's site or your favorite downloading hub; it's default settings after installing it are good, so no need to tweak it )

So, is there odds of winning posted anywhere. Or, can that be told to us?

Yes. I forget exactly where it is posted but it has been posted several times.
Also, it would probably be located in the news updates.

To the best of my recollection, the chances of winning are about 1 to 400.

After I made my original reply to this topic, I timed it myself by clicking 20 ads.
Clicking/Viewing 20 ads, took me just over 2 minutes.

Therefore, at least for me, I'd guesstimate it takes me 6 to 9 minutes to view 60 ads.

I really can't see the big issue here. The ClixGrid, which has been stated time and time again, is
a great resource for advertisers and members have the chance due to luck, of winning some extra
money. The time counter is very brief and it truly does not take much time to view the ads. Unless
you have a major issue or very very slow internet service, you should be able to view 20 ads in the
ClixGrid, within several minutes. By viewing a minimum of 20 ads in the ClixGrid, you are on your
way to achieving the Daily CheckList Bonus which results also, in some extra earnings.

The odds of winning are 1 in 400.
