I ran across a site this morning while I was doing my Traffic Exchanges and it was

xxxxxx and I was reading through it and it shows different things you can buy.

What caught my eye is, For $19.95 they will deliver 100 Guaranteed International signups, For $ 36.95 they will deliver

200 Guaranteed International signups, does anyone know any validity about this, or is it just a scam to get

your money like many others on the net.

As stated many many times here, it's not a good idea to buy referrals from sites out there that
promise to deliver referrals. Usually it is a scam or you receive nothing but junk sign ups that
are not active.
