Kung modem ang ginagamit mo, i-turn off mo muna for a few minutes, then restart the modem again; also linisin ang broswer cache and history mo using CCleaner or ang browser's Clear All History ( sa Firefox, press at the same time: CTRL+SHIFT+Del then check mo ang kailangan i-delete, then press "Clear Now" )

Hey friends
when i am doing my ssi survey there is always an error in zip/postal code it shows always. This is not a valid post code.
So friends please help me.

Its been almost 3 days since I have'nt got any tasks , nor the offer like survey or anything , jus the ads aint getting anywhere.. pls help with how to get more tasks, even if there are tasks it shows there is no work in this tasks.. anyone please tell me what could b the cause for this?

ginawa ko na po ung mga instructions pero error p rin po, na clear ko n rin po ung cache, at nareset ko n rin po ung router namin. pero error p rin. sayang may survey pa naman ako nareceived
hindi ko tuloy maopen pati ung tasks.
ano po kaya problem noon?
may problema po ba pag sa saudi gnawa itong account?
kasi last year pa ako nag join dito, kya lng ndi ako nging active ngayon lang pag balik ko ng pinas.
hindi po kaya un ang reason ng error n ito

So far, if resetting the Modem ( or cold reboot -- that is turn off the modem and wait for 10-15mins, then re-start ) won't help, it would be a good time to start submitting a HelpDesk ticket and inquire with the ClixSense staff to assist you with the problem:
