Thats quite amazing , the most I ever did was $16 in a day but those times seem long gone for me. That's the amount you usually earn each day?

No. The amount I earn is usually less here. It just depends on all factors, such as how
many surveys and offers I can complete that day, etc. Today was a very good day.

Is it arguing with the moderators when the rules of the job continue to change throughout the course of several days? I know of at least 5 different types of tasks that have done just that.

Also, when disputing reasoning for invalid responses to tasks, I have to wonder if my rebuttals are even being read...

Maybe because you are at the wrong forum in regards to issues with tasks.
You need to log into crowdflower forum.

In that case you should argue with CrowdFlower, as mods here don't control tasks :D

I share your frustration with tasks and CrowdFlower, that's why I stopped doing tasks other than casino ones.
Getting constantly expelled, marked wrong, etc, nothing has change since day 1 of CrowdFlower and they
are getting worse, NONE of the promises they kept.

Some developers read the disputes, but most do nothing, you have to submit a post on their community
forum, along with the contributor ID and JOB ID and fight to get your accuracy back up, and hope for
a response within 3 to 8 months sometimes to resolve issues. In some rare cases you might get
a reply within a day or two, or week, etc, it depends, but most of the time it's quite bad.

By the time they fix your accuracy the task is gone.

Eventually they get to your post and might comp you !

Despite the earning potential it is not worth the aggravation. More and more tasks now ask
for more pages and pay less. Some are paid ridiculously low considering the work required.

lol - welcome to the world of referrals. That's what each and every one of my DR did in neobux.

Cold referring is bound to do that. You are more likely to get quality referrals if you refer people you know,
or make deals with people (exchange), or do what Valerie suggested.

You are more likely to get quality referrals if you target people already in this industry.

You see, people quit because they get discouraged when joining and clicking for pennies. People always
look for get rich quick schemes and miracles. Obviously, if you target BUX members, who are used to
ponzi scheme earnings, it will be very hard to convince them to leave BUX for a REAL PTC.

Much like a BUX member will not leave BUX to join an AURRORA type PTC.......:D

My fault logic was to promote Clixsense on other PTC sites that use grids like Clixsense does...

I gave up Neobux, the upgrade alone is extortionate, and I got referrals and like you said they disappeared, I only concentrate on promoting Clixsense now, I don't bother promoting any other site

Getting a referral is gold dust

Getting a referral that clicks is a miracle

Getting one to continue clicking is like winning the lottery!

I emailed all my referrals here at Clixsense, told them I was available to help, answer any questions and impart knowledge that I myself have learnt from Clixsense, gave them my details

Guess how many responded...

ZERO!

I can't do any more...

Yes I am sure they were all sitting at their email account with baited breath just waiting on
your email message alone and nothing more.

I truly wouldn't know what to tell you on that because in reality, you haven't displayed any real details.

You say you sent them an email but you did not display the email message you sent, how you sent it,
or anything about it.

I guess I will post something about this in regards to how to get your refs to respond....look for it in a
few minutes in the general discussion area of the forum.

ohhh ok I thought you meant you contacted your referrals through the feature directly on CS,
you can sent a message that all your referrals will read, by entering text in a box.
So you e-mailed them ..... Have you tried the feature on CS ? It is not uncommon for some e-mails
to go into spam folders. Keep in mind many people use throwaway e-mails to sign up for PTCs, GPTs, etc.
that are separate from their main e-mail, so they probably will never access those e-mails.

Or perhaps you were not contacted because nobody needs help or have any questions :P

I had to change uplines a few times here due to cheating / scamming and dishonesty of my previous upline,
that was when it was allowed. I remember back then I received e-mails from my referrals and sent
them replies and got replies back, never had issues ! But that was the only contact I had with my
referrals. I have on several occasions tried to encourage them to do offers and tasks, through the
CS feature here (message your downline) function and never heard back.

Depends HOW and where you get them.

Quote:

That is probably the most challenging part. First impressions and HOW you promote and WHERE can have
an impact, however, there will always be people who made up their minds regardless of how well you
encourage them to stick around and be patient to earn. Some people are set that they want to
see money falling form the sky without lifting a finger (clicking ads, doing offers, doing tasks, etc.).
Others are more open minded........

Also one thing that is not mentioned enough, it is, in my opinion a big mistake to put false hope
when referring. Saying a person can earn $5, $10 a day is a big mistake. I would simply say
that there is good earning potential and right from the start would explain how offers and tasks works,
however, I always believe honesty as the best policy. Let's be honest, offers and tasks are volatile,
extremely, and are targeted to specific segments of the population / demographic and country.

Seeing that the majority of traffic to sites like these are international members from all over the world,
only a small % of those would have limited access to surveys and tasks. The great majority of tasks
and offers are Tier 1 countries - if you look at traffic stats you will see that on sites like CS, Neo, etc,
it does not represent the majority of the member base, and only a small percentage.
So how are you going to encourage and convince mostly international members who can't do one task
or offer that they can earn $5-$10 a day and make good money here ? That is the most difficult part.
You would have to encourage them to join and promote and get their own referrals, which most people
don't want to do. This is why people join and quit, they see that the only way to earn is to click
ads... no offers or tasks to their country and they don't want to refer so they quit and join BUX sites
instead where the lure of BOTS with high averages gets to their greedy nature - then 3-6 months later when the ponzi shuts down, they hop on to the next holy grail of ponzi bux sites and so forth.

IN my opinion, I think one has to promote ClixSense as a PTC and not a GPT. I think a personal web page
/ blog with extensive details and pitching WHY choose a REAL PTC over a BUX and WHY there are no rentals
here would be a good plus to convince and try to convert the burned out ponzi to go to the other side.
GPT elements are secondary and they are NOT controlled by CS.

I think if people join with text like earn $5-$15 a day etc.......it will really mislead them. Explaining how
surveys work, how tasks work goes a long way. People think that they will earn $5-$15 a day written
in stone.

The majority of people online are attracted to the sites with the biggest money value, and unfortunately
that would be ponzi schemes like HYIP, matrix, cyclers, some community adshare sites, and most BUX sites.

Getting referrals to such venues is by a mile, easier why ? The lure of money. Why do you think some HYIP bloggers and HYIP monitors earn a killing, despite all the scams and warnings, people have a greedy, gambling nature and will continue playing with fire.

Look at the success of both a REAL PTC (non BUX) blogger and HYIP blogger, who do you think will get more referrals ? HYIP........ What attracts more people, clicking for pennies a day or earning 150% per day on that HYIP or hundreds a month from a ponzi BUX (new). ?

So how do you get referrals to CS then ? You want to target the bunch that are SERIOUS and INFORMED. Believe it or not, there is a group of people who leave bux, ponzi and hyip to join more stable programs, THIS is the bunch you want to recruit and be your referrals, they do exist and will always exist / be new ones.
However fact remains that the group A (HYIP/Ponzi) is massive and group B is tiny. Not impossible to get good referrals in CS, but far more difficult.

Educating people on moving away from scams and the like and putting their greed aside, and PITCHING the merits of joining stable sites, even if it means less earnings, goes a long way.

When I was clueless and was doing HYIP so many years ago, because I didn't know better (we all start there), it was NEVER a problem getting referrals to HYIP, and most of my colleagues would get hundreds of referrals overnight with a high ratio of activity as with HYIP you join and you have to invest to earn. People are still making hundreds, thousands per month from their downlines in HYIP even without investing 1 cent.

I decided to leave HYIP once I got educated to what they were, as I did not know at the time they were
scams. Also could not live with myself promoting something and earning money from people's misfortune,
as with HYIP you earnings come from people investing before you and so forth it is THEFT.......if you do
it knowingly. So after the fact, I moved on and what a hell of a difference it is to get referrals on PTC
compared to getting them on HYIP.
There are SOME HYIPs (RARE) that I would not be guilty in putting my money in or referring. Those HYIP admins ADMIT they are a game, so everyone who invests KNOWS it and willingly accept to gamble and pass the buck. However decided I couldn't be arsed with this anymore and went to the other side which is STABLE PTC and
GPT.

Why do I bother saying all of this ? To prove a point. There are many people who share this story and
move on to stable sites, I think this is where you look for your referrals. :D
