Hi I want to inform all members here that I has been scammed by the owner of referrals-neobux.com. I purchased 1000 direct referrals for Clixsense and 1000 direct referrals for Neobux for $18 but it has been a month now and I didn't receive even a single direct referral on both Clixsense and Neobux. I did a claim request on paypal but unfortunetly they didn't refund my account. Is anybody has experence with this site? Thank you and I hope that I didn't violate any rules here.

It doesn't make sense.. If one person can find 1000 direct referrals why he would want to sell them for just $18 instead of collect more and make money for life time?

I thought paypal will cover me but unfortunatly they didn't and I don't know why.

PayPal usually will not cover you if you buy garbage that is not a real product.

If you had made a purchase from a site that sold a tangible product, they would have
contacted the owner and most likely the owner would have given a refund, if not paypal
probably would have given you the refund anyway as long as you had a real reason.

Keep in mind, when you buy garbage online, paypal will normally ignore your request for refund,
even tho the seller is a scamster.

How can third party provide of 1000 direct referral on ClixSense and Neobux ? Even if that person give you his/her account why would he/she give you 1000 direct ref account just for $18.Just think and give me answer.

Those types of ploys are for the most part, garbage.

You have to use common sense and if it doesn't make good sense, then it probably isn't.

Always contact the owner first and ask questions. You see, at least if you were to ask
questions, you will have more ground to stand on. Here is some things you should have
looked for and should have ask before making the purchase:

-Is there contact info on site? If there is no contact info on site, click off the site.

-If there is contact info on site, ask questions:

A: How long does it take for the stated amount of referrals to be received?

B: How are these referrals generated?

C: What percentage of these referrals will be active?

D: What type of guarantee and refund policy do you have?

Then see if you receive a reply:

-Did not receive a reply: Do NOT buy
-Received a reply days or weeks later: Do NOT buy
-Received a brief reply that did not answer all your questions: Do NOT buy

There are other things you can do to such as:

-Look up the domain name of the website. What information is displayed about the owner, what country is the owner located, how long has the owner owned the domain name, what kind of contact information is there for that owner if any at all.

Save all correspondence. Should you want a refund, make sure you follow PayPal policies on refunds.
If you do not follow paypal policy on refunds, they will deny your request. FIRST you must contact the
seller and request a refund. Here again, save all correspondence. After you have completed the requests
for refund as stated by paypal, then you can submit to paypal for refund and give paypal all the messages
you have received from the seller.

For the most part however, when you purchase non-tangible items in the marketing arena such as
the buying of referrals, paypal will not even look at it, they'll just deny your request because buying
of such things is against paypal policy anyway.

There are ways that people can generate referrals and sell them. This however does not mean those
referrals will be active. Such as offering a free lotto spin of the wheel to win a million bucks but first
the visitor must click a special link to visit a site, sign up to a site, or optin. Of course they have not
an idea what they are signing up for and only interested in spinning the wheel.
