what do you mean in "first and final warning"? Before kasi I received warning from admin regarding sa post ko in forum it means ba pag nakatanggap ulit ako ng second warning suspended na ang account ko ganon ba yun?

Depends -- there's a case to case basis on how a member acts in the Forums, on the severity or degree of the issue

Example: kung nagpasimuno ka ng Flaming topic, harassment, flooding boards with spam messages, etc. ay duon magdedecide na ang Staff and Admins -- hindi ko i-lilink ang nanyari sa isang member last year ( or so, can't remember the exact date ) in regards to what I mentioned, but as clear as day, that member was not allowed to take part with the Forums

About that said member's status ( account ), I have no info anymore of his/her activity since the member isn't from the Filipino Forums
