i saw a task available but in ( mobile) mentioned, can i do it from my computer??

Yes, you can.
I too have noticed that SupersonicAds offerwall has some videos and offers if you check in through a mobile. Those offers are not available if you browse on a computer.

Yes there are offers that appear some times when you are using a mobile product
that you wouldn't have seen otherwise.
