As for your accusation that "they don't show our advertisement", its completely baseless. You can easily track the visitors by using a link shortener or using a tracking tool like Google Analytics, Clicky on your website.

it is depend on your advertisement and the people who see it. for example, if you put your referral link about other program then i would not join from your link since i joined the program already. people are not interested with other program, another example.
i have 202 clicks with 174 unique for my ClixSense ref link, yet only 5 joined as my referral. And, all of them actually, because of direct chat, i talk with them directly, not from ads i put on other ptc program.
