Lets discuss about Paytoo in this topic.

I found a couple of important points in their FAQ.
Prepaid card will not work for Indians, but we can top-up prepaid mobiles with Paytoo balance.

■ Countries in which the Prepaid card will not work.
Does the Paytoo Prepaid Card work in ALL Countries? - Paymotech

■ Countries whose cell phone providers are compatible with mMobile top up.
Which country's cell phone providers are compatible with mMobile top up? - Paymotech

Anyone having difficultly registering an account because they did not receive a confirmation SMS?

I am enrolled in the National DND (Do Not Disturb) to block unwanted telemarketing calls so I am guessing thats the reason although I am not 100% sure if thats the reason.
Anyone else facing the same problem?

-----------

I had a live chat with their agent and they gave me the confirmation code but said that to use Paytoo in the future I will need to receive text messages from them.
They do not know how your DND works in India so this is something I will need to look into myself.

Found the fees...
not going for it at all...
cashout to bank is 8$
Fees

it is good for people who just purchases with the cash they receive but I havent seen any site which accept this payment processor...its new..so you will need to wait to find new merchants..
but for me paypal is the best the fees are low 2% rather than this 8$ for each transfer...

Cashing out to their prepaid card is also 1$ and monthly charges also there...not a good thing for us at all...it is too costly..so ptcscrutiny not a good payment processor...

Prepaid card is not available for us - Does the Paytoo Prepaid Card work in ALL Countries? - Paymotech

We only have the following options :
  1. Gift Cards
  2. Virtual Credit Card - Virtual cards are NOT available for Indian members.
  3. Mobile top-up
  4. Bank transfer

Yes i was going through there site and they have heavy charges Clixsense need to do some cooperation program with them it is not for people who transfer 50$ or 20$ at at a time only for large chunkers who go for 300$ + payement and not mind 8$ as processing fee.

Some info here

Cash out to your PayToo Prepaid Card $1.00 USD
Cash out to your own Credit Card $8.00 USD
Cash out to your own Bank Account (US Banks) $4.00 USD
Cash out to your own Bank Account (International Banks) $8.00 USD

Good for one to one and online purchase though

Need a small suggestion guys,

Today i registered myself with paytoo. I want to verify my skrill account(bank account), so i thought i can cashout the earnings from :clixsense: to paytoo and then from paytoo to skrill (If i receive money from skrill to my bank account i also get a code to verify my bank account)

Anybody have experience in doing so ? or is it possible to send money from my paytoo account to my skrill account ? i'm quite new and don't know where to look for that option yet in paytoo.

I want to verify my skrill account which in india is really hard. They have severe protection to their platform which makes it very hard for verifying. So just thought about giving it a try in this method.

Also i have checked paytoo, their payment fee and conversion rates are outrageous. I will never use it for any sort of transaction except for this.

Hey Sathish,

I don't know why you want Skrill or Paytoo when we have Paypal.. Anyways, I have a verified Skrill account which I have been using for past 4 years may be.. It sucks big time.. The withdrawal fees are very high.. I think now they have set withdrawal fees to $4.99. It used to be less previously but when they actually transfer the amount you would get only half of it. When contacted them, they say that they are third party transaction fees blah blah blah.. I hate them.. I used Skrill at other site (Not PTC) as Paypal was not available that time..

And regarding cs to paytoo and paytoo to skrill, I have no idea. But I recommend you not to use Skrill when we have Paypal..

The main reason being my friend need to verify his skrill account not me ;) it will be a long story if i had to tell everything. I told him don't worry buddy i'll handle this  but not sure what to do. If it was for me i would have dug deep into the facts. I don't even have a skrill account lol. Just want to try and verify his account by sending a amount into his account(skrill) and see if he get's in his bank account along with the verification code. Well lets see. I will eventually try this and post what happens.

Apparently, In Skrill, for address verification you need not have to have money in it.. You can request for PIN to be sent you to your mailing address. That was how my account got verified few years back..
