and now i cant even access task page as its saying access denied due to use of vpn/proxy server or login from the country not in ur profile what is going on

i did that twice and i never login from any proxy or vpn server and now i sended a ticket hoping for the solution

Finally the problem solved after a reply for a ticket sended by me and the problem was my clock time

Go to your browser setting ... Advance setting->network->lan setting -> disable proxy setting from there.... this happened to me when i started using clixsense ... You can google .. how to disable proxy setting in the chrome ..or firefox.. etc...depending on your browser......
