After a personal research and after I contacted Paytoo’s support as well I have some info to provide 8-)

Their support told me that the list on the page where they ask for your address and other personal data is the list with the countries they support. This page is accessible after you complete the 4 steps in their signup page. I copied that list and at least these countries are not included and thus are not supported:

Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brunei, Central African Republic, Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Curaçao, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, FYROM, Gambia, Guernsey, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Kiribati. Lebanon, Liberia (former Liberian Regime of Charles Taylor), Libya, Malawi, Mali, Mayotte, Montenegro, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Republic of Guinea, Palestine, Pitcairn Islands, Rwanda, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tonga, Tunisia, Yemen and Zambia

A total of 48 countries and only members in 6 (Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Malawi and Mozambique) of them can receive payments by PayPal.

So users from at least 42 countries can only receive payments by international checks and the minimum amount they need to request a payment is $100 each time. jasm78 has said himself that checks are really bad Petition to lower International Checks! | ClixSense Forum and I can only agree with him because most of the times the fees are too high and it will take a very long time until you can touch your hard earned money. The high minimum limit will prolong the waiting as well.

Egypt is mentioned as not allowed on Paytoo’s site Paytoo - OFAC REGULATIONS but it’s included in their list, so I cannot know if they really support Egypt.

Now anyone who wants to see if a country is supported by Paytoo can do it easily by just reading the above list. I hope it helps. If anyone finds out another country that isn’t supported or any mistake let me know and I will update the list asap :)

I made a list back in October 2012 when Payza suspended their services in UK.
The list was to compare the restricted countries on Payza and Neteller. Although Neteller is not an option on ClixSense since its based in USA, you can see the common countries are highlighted in orange to make it easier.

* Please use the below list only the compare the restricted countries between Payza and Paytoo.
Lets not get into Neteller as there is no point discussing about it.

Based on your image we can count only 19 countries that are not supported by Payza. 48 is around 2.5 times more than 19. Let’s not forget that Payza allows to users from blocked countries to register but Paytoo doesn’t do that. Payza definitely supports more counties and there is no doubt about that. Payza works better with exchangers as well.

While I have no problem with comparisons I cannot understand the point of a comparison in this case as this doesn’t change the fact that users from at least 42 countries can cashout only by requesting a check with a very high minimum of $100 to be able to request it plus the usual high fees from the banks for most of the countries worldwide and the painful long waiting. And definitely it doesn’t change the number of countries that are not supported by Paytoo as well 8-)

The reason I put up that list is to compare how many countries had no other option other than Checks when Payza was an option on ClixSense, and now when it isn't.

I still cannot see the point of this comparison because what really matters is what happens now. In any case the 3 first lines in my previous message is a quick summary of that comparison.

Since most of the members probably know already if they can use PayPal or not ,this topic can help them to learn easily if a country is supported by Paytoo or not and in the latter case to remind them that their only available option right now to get paid is the international check if PayPal is not an option for them as well 8-)
