I want to use ICICI VISA DEBIT CARD in paypal I want to know paypal printed my name in Debit card to verify.
Because I opened a saving account in ICICI Bank then Bank given to me Visa Debit Card Non-printed my name and Bank said that Name printed Debit card should then you applying to another debit card and charged money.
please anyone suggest me.

What they gave you is a start-up kit. Don't use the card, meaning don't activate it by using it in an ATM. Simply ask the bank to give you a personalised card which has your name printed.
They cannot deny nor charge you if you haven't used the original card which came in the start-up kit.

HDFC Bank offered me the same start-up kit but I refused their card, asking them to issue me a personalised card which has my name printed. I wasn't charged anything for the new card.

BTW, ICICI Bank has some nice cards, some of which have amazing features. Be sure to check on the fees and the enrolment and annual charges.

but still I am asking..
what will you do by attaching a debit card...attach your bank account and let the money go there and spend..
if you go for debit card by using paypal balance you will need to endure further charges..Indian users doesnt earn so much money from here...

so why bother so much for these things just attach your bank and get the money there..I think this is the easiest method..as I dont earn so much money from here to use a debit card with...

i am agree with blood_demon.......i am using PayPal for last 6 months without any problem.I had verified my bank account and receiving payments.

In a year I have received around 1300$ through paypal without any problem..and it gets deposited to my bank...so I think its the best way rather than attaching debit card and buying...
but still its up to you

if you want to transfer money from paypal to other game or want to purchase anything where you can not use your debit card then you have to link your debit card with paypal....because many games they accept money only from paypal...or credit card...I m playing one game and want to invest but due to debit card or credit card not attached in my paypal so i can not transfer.....few days ago i linked my ICICI debit card but when i linked i received 64.92 INR debited from my account i didi mail trail with ICICI and Paypal then they credit my money because nor ICICI nor Paypal have any charges for adding debit card with paypal........So if you want to buy or invest so add if not so don't do this...........if no use

You can linked any account .....But please don't add any Sahkari Bank account ...........You can add PSU bank account.....Private Bank account and Gramin Bank account .......all CBS bank account.........when paypal send a little amount in your account you have to check those amount ...and need to fill in verify link in paypal........check balance via net banking or through ATM mini statement.
