I have a smart shopper silver visa debit card(ICICI BANK). I used in paypal then not accept and see message your issue card not approval . please contact card holder bank.

It means that smart shopper silver visa debit card not support or 3D secure pin used reason. Because I used 3D secure pin.

I want to know smart shopper Gold Visa debit card support in paypal.

please help who use ICICI debit card use in paypal. Both card support Or One.

You have to verify your card inter correct information

I dont think you can do it anymore as you need to enter PIN for transacting as per the new rules of RBI so paypal has banned using debit cards in India
