How Can Someone Be So Nasty?

Locked

#1 by ReeseWardley » Wed Feb 05, 2014 05:15

Ok, so I spent a lot of money promoting Clixsense with little to no affect...

Thanks to the good advice of veterans here who suggested I created a blog

I did, I spent ages designing it and making it look good, explaining how Clixsense works etc...

I got a review about it:

Awesome site...I just signed up for FREE...COOL and thank you. Stay Tuned... '-).

Now would you read that as saying 'they signed up under you'???

WRONG

When I sent a message to Clixsense admin, who were quick and efficient as always they said she had signed up under someone else..

GUTTED...

Still at least I save $15 on NOT upgrading her...

I have had my blog up for months now, 42,734 hits and NOT ONE single referral

Well that was a waste of time and effort. I have deleted my blog...

I will use the money to upgrade all my active referrals from now on...

Well I would not of deleted that blog :) traffic is king. You can monetize it for other uses. Hopefully it makes you work harder and not get down.

If you're looking to make a living wage in Clixsense, not going to happen.

If you're looking to make some steady income with Clixsense you can.

With Clixsense. You can tell a story like I do. Need seed money? Clixsense
is the place to be. The number one paid to click site where you get paid to
view ads, tasks, surveys and you earn commissions from referrals and more
through 8 levels when members upgrade.

Seed money? yes, seed money. Use free money to join a Home Based Business
that provides a supply and demand for real products and services that has a
monthly fee rather $10 - $20 - $30 a month.

Clixsense will help buffer the cost of a real home based business till that business
pays for itself.

Pay for your referral upgrade? Why..? If I ever upgrade anyone in my downline will only
be for rewarding them for being active that has earned me extra money. Not someone
who just signed up and you don't know if they are going to be active.

Great. You made a blog. Dumb that you deleted it.

Have you discovered the Internet?

The Internet is everything about owning your own website or at least, 2nd best a
free blog. Free blog is not going to make you look like a serious marketer, but it's a step
of above the rest is who has their head in the sand thinking they don't need one, that they
have a clone site of the affiliate site of which you will never gain free traffic from the search engines.

Should of kept your blog. Then made a second one. Then made a 3rd one. Then made a 4th one and so forth.

Then register at www.adhitz.com owned by Clixsense and monetized those blogs with contextual ads, then you earn free money when visitors click those ads. More free money and your time gets paid for the work you done making your blog.

Years ago I started with Clixsense and took that free money and paid the way into a real home based business to cover the monthly till that business started paying for itself. Still to this day, I still do Clixsense and either collect the money or convert for advertising.

lol, you shot yourself in the foot deleting that blog. Hope you saved a copy so you can restore it.

When you discover the internet. You will find success.

Now, get the towel out and wiped the dust off the monitor.

What do you see?

That's right.

Someone else website.

Now, where is yours?

Out of site. Out of mind!

Hope this 2cents helps.

Now, get back to work and go make that blog.

Good Luck.

Thanks

The main reason why I deleted my blog was because that someone used my link on the blog and someone else got the referral, meaning that someone has either hacked my blog, or can re-direct any referrals I get to their downline. I am fully aware of referral stealing.

Why should I do all the hard work of creating a blog or promoting if someone else is going to get my referrals?

Other people were benefitting from my blog, I wasn't!

I was losing referrals through it.

So no point in creating another blog.

What we have here is case of the blind leading the blind.

1. You may have inserted your referral link incorrectly.
2. It could be a cookie issue.
3. Your referral may of signed up direct on clixsense.

No one going to hack your blog just change the link.

However, someone could of grabbed your source code
and made a blog and replaced with their own Id.

Two things folks needs to realize.

This is the internet and the internet is everything about owning your own website, building your list.

Other wise. Just be a slave to the computer and never build a residual income so you can go play golf daily, take vacations when you want and so forth.

People who owns thier own website makes money. They host their content. Folks remembers domain names that is if you have a good domain name that can be remembered.

Other wise. You just spend your time, ad dollars spent, sending traffic to a site that is branded to the affiliate company and not you.

I am always careful about copying and pasting the correct affiliate link etc...

So there's no way of my referrals for Clixsense getting stolen and going into someone's else's downline?

No way my affiliate link can be altered or redirected, so that when my affiliate link is being promoted anyone who uses my correct affiliate id can go into someone's else's downline?

I have scanned my computer also for clickjackers, viruses, malware, adware and nothing.. Even rebooting router and changing all the log details and turning wireless off, in case there is spyware on my computer that is somehow changing my id codes...

Sound paranoid? Yeah but when I am getting thousands and thousands of hits to my clixsense id and blog, paying for PTC advertising, and getting absolutely NO referrals, you start to wonder... If someone else is benefitting from all my hard work and money going into it all  and that the referrals I should be getting are going into someone else's downline.

Thank you, I guess that could be the issue. If the person has already visited a Clixsense affiliate site, then they see mine and sign up, because of cookies, the first person would get the referral instead of me. Makes sense. :D

Like Valerie said, your explanation is incorrect.

Here is the correct version :
Referral cookies will remain active for up to 90 days as long as no other ClixSense referral links are clicked or the referral (or would be referral) does not clear their internet cache (including cookies).
