I have a question: How do we know if an affiliate is close or not close to earn 10$ (or 5 for premium) so as to receive the 0.50 (or 1.00) prize? In affiliate stats you can see only what you have earned from affiliate, not what he has earned.
Additionally, this amount is automatically added to our account or after sometime?

When you check out your referral's detailed earnings, you will see something like this.



Only earnings from PTC ads, Tasks and Offers are counted in the sign-up commission.

So multiply,
Earnings from Clicks by 5
Earnings from Taks by 20
Earnings from Offers by 20

Whatever is the total, is what your referral has earned (which qualifies towards the sign-up commissions).
Then add them up and see if it comes to $10. If it does then the referral has fulfilled the criteria.

For Premium members, multiply clicks by 2.5 & tasks and offers by 10.

So I have one referral with following stats:

Clicks 3,571 $1.3842
Tasks 6 $0.0310
Offers 10 $0.1460
Other - -
Total 3,587 $1.5612

If I multiply:
1.3842 x 5 = 6.921
0.0310 x 5 = 0.62
0.1460 x 20= 2.92

total: 10.461!

Why I don't have sign up commission for this referral, as it seems he has earned more than 10$?

I am guessing most probably the referral completed some offers during the Christmas promo. So referral commissions during that time were doubled, but the individual earnings weren't.
Which is why I mentioned that if your referral completed tasks and/or offers during the promo, the above calculations will not be able to determine how much he/she has earned.
