Guess it'll be up to the advertisers -- they make the ads / Offers / Tasks that are available to members -- so until there be advertisers that will target ( or offer ) their projects to a certain field / area / location where the viewer is, the best is to be a bit more patient and wait for the opportunity to appear

Keep trying is the name of the game. There is a tough reality that your country and profile has a big influence on surveys. Some countries get far more surveys than others, it depends on what the advertisers / sponsors are targeting. For India, for example you will not get as many surveys as someone from US, who will get the most.
So you are limited with surveys ! I used to know a GPT owner from years ago who ran a site he had lots of Indian member earning from surveys, so don't lose hope, some survey offers are international friendly like OpinionSurveys, etc, you will just have to keep checking. Try the tasks, you might in your case, have better luck there, on days when you have no surveys.

Best of luck. Some countries have no surveys or tasks at all.
