Ho aperto la task e sto controllando. quando la feci, alcuni mesi fa, non ricordo se mi capitò un abstract. Che io sappia è la sintesi di un articolo scientifico o accademico. Ora devi leggere bene le loro linee guida e gli esempi che ti forniscono e capire se lo considerano articolo oppure no. Altro nn ti so dire. Prova lo stesso, hai un margine di errori, 8/10. Dai non ti scoraggiare.

purtroppo le istruzioni non sono sempre molto chiare e gli esempi che presentano ovviamente non coprono tutti i casi che poi trovi nelle questions.
è vero che un abstract è di solito una sintesi, ma a volte il link della question riporta sia abstract che article e non sempre è facile capire come loro la intendono
inoltre ho controllato un altro ticket che avevo inviato dove la loro spiegazione era stata che la mia domanda era considerata sbagliata perchè è vero che c'era scritto abstract (e in questo contesto veniva paragonato ad un articolo) ma sullo stesso vi era riportato un link (che vedevano solo loro, oltretutto) che riportava all'articolo completo (e quindi la tua spiegazione anna1704 sarebbe avvalorata). peccato che a questo giro non vi erano link che riportavano ad un articolo completo.
sono veramente abbattuta ma seguirò il vostro consiglio e non mollerò

Devo aver scritto 3 o 4 mesi fa....nessuna risposta al momento......morirò aspettando......no proprio non la ricordo...o almeno ho provato tutte quelle che mi sono venute in mente. Per caso la password aveva delle regole da seguire ? E se si quali? lettera maiuscola, carattere speciale?

Ma solo a me le task non vengono pagate? c'è 1 ritardo nell'accredito?

Nessuna regola, infatti io ne ho messa una a casaccio e dopo vari tentativi ha funzionato. Prova a cambiare indirizzo email e metti una nuova password.

Secondo le loro linee guida dovrebbe essere considerato un articolo se non si tratta di un'anteprima all'articolo vero e proprio.
Controlla che l'abstract non abbia un link al testo completo. Se non ce l'ha, allora lo segni come articolo. Se invece c'è un link che porta al testo completo allora non lo consideri articolo. Prova e vedrai che non sbaglierai.

Provato anche a cambiare mail. Ma se le loro mail arrivano a quel mio indirizzo credo che loro mi abbiano nel loro database con quel indirizzo.

@medtik, scrivigli una mail, anche due, tre quattro finché non ti rispondono e non ti aiutano a risolvere il problema:
