Ang User Reputation ay parang stat-count rating kung gaano ang abot ng tulong / activity ng isang member sa loob ng Forum

Basically, walang kapalit ang User Reputation in regards to earning -- it's there as a form to show appreciation to the user

But, do be very careful about it -- if a user wishes to mark another particular user with a negative rating, this could be questioned ( and without proof to why the user was given a negative rating, two things can happen: the rating can be nullified, and that the one who gave the negative rating can be questioned by the Staff under grounds of Flaming -- as per Forum Rule Guidelines #1 & 12 )
