Let me know some points about PayPal verification in Pakistan,
I think its not possible,
Example: I signup for PayPal without Proxy: Us country, Us Fake name, and address,
So, What about Cell Phone number??
And they Verification Via Call, what about it..
I try many times and also talk to a PayPal Agent through PayPal Help emailing Service, They Reply me & Inform me about they will start PayPal Soon As Soon in Pakistan.

Illegal is Illegal not chance, If I open account on the behalf of Us Fake Information, account open success,
and I transfer my Amount when they verification process search any fake information and they Limited my Account and freeze money Services ???

Dear Let me know about only How Verification via Call (number should be American cellular)
