wanna know if the helpdesk is working today?I send a ticket yesterday regarding on survey i completed but didnt receive credits on my account, then no one response on my ticket,today i send ticket for the second time same problem unfortunately no response from them.

Checking timezones, I guess it must be a weekend ( Saturday on the EST timezone, while it's Sunday on my end ) by now -- well, guess a bit more patience til then, they'll respond to it so no worries

Yesterday was mothers day so send a ticket again if you still have not received a reply.
