maybe it would be a good idea to be able to donate our earnings to a charity, maybe an animal charity if so wished.

Why don't you just send the money to your paypal and use that to donate? A quick google search should find you the charities you want to donate to,

In my opinion the whole 'donation charity' thing online, has gotten way out of hand.

I suggest donating in your community. There is usually people and organizations in
every community that need help, food, clothing, etc.

For example, calling your local animal shelter and asking what types of food they
accept for donation. Then you can go purchase the food and take it to the animal
shelter OR have the animal shelter pick up the food.

The problem, a lot of charities are not what they seem and too much money donated
is not being appropriated correctly.

Of course, most online charities do accept paypal and that is a very simple way to
donate, such as cashing out your earnings and then donating to your charity of choice.

I donate extensively all year and I do it as what has been suggested. Paypal to organization directly. It is super to know you have that giving character.

I like the idea of donating money (my earnings) to some charity...

1.) if i personally donate some money, very often i have to pay fee, and sometimes, fee is bigger then money i am able to donate

2.) atm i am not able to donate big amount of money, but i am able to donate lot of time working on tasks

3.) my personal donation to some charity wont meen any difference... 2 $ wont help them at all.... 100 000 workers on clixsense, donating 1 $ in december, trough their work, and then clixsense as organisation donates that money ----> big donation, someone will get real help

4.) have you ever tought of marketing and pr issues with such donation, how it would boost your image? I can work everywhere... there are hundreds of such sites...
But none if this sites if offering me possibility to help someone... maybe that would bring more workers to clixsense...
Media coverage? call media, call ceo of charity, photoshooting, zero costs, great media coverage = great marketing

Just my 2 cents

Not really. Because everyone has their own opinion and their own choice of charities.
ClixSense is a USA company and it would make sense for them to donate to a charity in the USA....
but you know what would happen? There would be members here wanting them to donate to their
country or their favorite charity.

There are a lot of programs online that profess to donate to a charity but in reality, they don't.

My guess is, the owner of ClixSense does donate to charity....he just don't take it out of the mouths
of his members.

For the USA charity would be Modestneeds

Small Change. World of Difference.

Folks in need make a request.
Those who donates can select which cause to fund.

For outside of USA would be Kiva

Then members collectively could add pocket change to the charity.

.10 .25 .50 adds up in masses.
