1. Upload the picture on some imagehost like Tinypic, Photobucket, Postimage, Imageshack, etc...
2. Copy the URL of the image.
3. Then place the URL within the following tag.

what do you dont understand about the work. Just write it. Have you created your account in crowdflower to the tasks.If not check this one
Go to https://tasks.crowdflower.com/sessions/new
sign up your account by adding your name and your email ID
Thats all now you are signed in with Crowdflower and you can do tasks.Just follow the given instructions and do the tasks.Already you have completed 1 Offer so you know. You would have clicked the Clixgrid squares. Regarding Ads there is nothing to say more just you have to click on available ADs that's all.
To earn more you need to complete a daily checklist.

In order to complete the Daily Checklist you need to:

Click at least 2 PTC Adverts of any kind;
Click at least 20 ClixGrid squares. The more you click the more chances you have to win ClixGrid prizes which will then be counted towards the bonus as well (for example as a Premium member, if you earn the $10.00 prize you will earn an extra $1.20 with the Daily Checklist bonus at the end of the day);
Because not everyone has offers or tasks available to do, and to give everyone a chance, you are required to complete only one of the following:
Complete at least 10 CrowdFlower Tasks; *
Complete at least 2 offers from the offers page (except video offers); *
Complete at least 5 CrowdFlower Tasks and at least 1 offer from the offers page (except video offers); *
Visit at least one page of our forum. Posting is not required.
