user reputation yan! kung saan mga kapwa myembro natin dito ang syang nagbibigay ng rating. yung "+" positibong marka na ang ibig sabihin masaya sila sa mga ginagawa mo, at yung "-" negatibo... na ang ibig sabihin syempre naaasar, nagagalit, at iba pa sila sa 'yo.

User Reputation ng isang member ang mga numero sa tabi ng usernames -- parang grade mo pag active ka sa Forums; a positive rating para sa mga posts na nakakatulong, o sa pag-assist sa mga members, o paano nakikita ka sa Forums, habang ang negative rating ay binibigay pag may nagawang di tama sa Forums, kagaya ng spamming, flaming, etc

Note though: di pwede maghingi ang isang member ng Reputation rating; also, pag magbibigay ng negative rating, kailangan justified since this can be inquired -- if the negative mark is inquired, the Staff looks into it, then if justifiable, will make the necessary actions

So, just in case, here's the exact quote from the Forum Guideline rules in regards to User Reputations:

Quote: 12. Abusing the Reputation system, the post Likes/Thanks and the topic Ratings will not be tolerated. Asking for Rep points, post Likes/Thanks or topic Ratings is considered abuse, as is giving to others without reason.
