No, I think only moderators can lock the topic so that no one can reply further. I don't know whether they'll be able to delete or not. :)

Editing -- Yes

Deleting -- I'm afraid that would be handled by Staff

 But when in doubt, try three options -- one, a HelpDesk ticket can be one way -- while another would be clicking on the Report tab, but do take care to indicate why you want to have your post deleted; make a brief statement on the Report box ( don't worry, your message will be read by the Staff ) -- or simply overlap ( edit ) the post

:!: Side Note: if other members think that clicking on the Report tab just to get the attention of a Mod is a good idea, please do refrain doing this -- there has been cases of abusing this, and the Staff may take matters on preventing such ( reprimanding a member ) especially if the 'problem' isn't really a legitimate problem

EDIT: Under the issue of using the Report tab, one can request a mod to lock a thread, provided that the one requesting is the one who created the thread ( i.e. member believes the issue is past and doesn't need further assistance / issue has been resolved / etc )

Moderators can edit posts and lock topics.
For deleting posts/topics we can only notify the Admin if the need arises.

@ jkrajesh - I checked and saw you don't have any forum warnings so nothing to worry about your past topic :)
