There is no MAGIC TRICK for getting direct referrals mate, just do promote your referral link on social networking sites, YouTube comments, through blogs as Nimish said.

One more on how to get referrals and I will give you the same reply as I gave to others. Post on bus stops, public washrooms, library notice boards, community centres, Day care centres etc. Of course, you have to see that you're allowed to post at these places.
