hello can anyone help me with this issue im having i have a little envelope flashing where my clixsense homepage is and i cannot remove it its been there ages now its bothering me alot

You have to submit a support ticket thru the help desk.

PS. That is if you have already read the message and it is stuck.
An envelope will flash when a message from admins come in to you.

The blinking envelope

indicates you have a helpdesk ticket that has been updated/created by the staff.
