Refund, or Requested for Payout?

Either way, do try to submit a HelpDesk Ticket and ask assistance from the Staff -- sila lang ang may access to the members database ( di pwede tayo diyan )

When you submit a HelpDesk ticket, remember to use English ( not Taglish ) and be frank and detailed as possible to your issue; then just wait -- the Staff will notify you of their response when you see a blinking small letter icon just next to your username
