Is there a risk in recruiting Referrals?

Locked

I recently start blogging and posting my banner in Forum sites. I promise to help and guide them in Clixsense when they register as my referral. But my concern is some members of the forum who want to be my referral, when I ask them, some of them honestly admit that they already have an old account here. They wanted to permanently close that old account and register a new one.

Can that be possible? Does it violate the TOS? Does it put my account in danger as their sponsor if they continue to register under me.

Can I reject their affiliation to me if I have the knowledge of them having an old account here.

Please advise ;)

The deletion of an old account and opening of a new account is strictly against the terms and conditions of Clixsense.

Those who have an old account.... I show them how this site works....
Show them how to advertise effectively online...
In return I get them referrals as well an show them how to educate their referrals on this site....

Referrals is nothing unless they all know this community well and utilize it to the max...
My account was considered an old account.... I learned more about CS eventually. I was eager
to learn about internet marketing and from there....
I been at it!

I learned you can really earn here and this community pay all its members faithfully... Why not learn
this community....? An teach others... I know this site was nothing to me until I learned how everything
work around here...

Most will stop working on this site thinking this a site you can make millions from by clicking
a few buttons, you have to disregard those type of people and continue to promote
the values this site have. I represent CS like its a job and I'm a supervisor at CS :D when talking
to referrals :)

Check the User Agreement.

Quote:Sponsor Changes - The changing of or removing an affiliate sponsor is not permitted. The management of ClixSense may at its discretion allow the changing of a sponsor, IF and only if the affiliate does not have a sponsor assigned or the current sponsor has been inactive for more than 90 days. There are no exceptions to this rule. ClixSense strongly suggests that you do not close your account and open a new one so you can change your sponsor. ClixSense can at our own discretion not allow this activity to happen, especially if its to join a team.

So its clear to me now that closing account and opening a new account in CS is a violation of TOS. So I must warn all my prospective referrals about this.

But the most important question is how will it affect my account if somebody did register a new account under me without my knowledge that they already have an old account here? How could I know?

Can I be blame? Can I be held liable? I'm just recruiting referrals by promising them my strategy on how to earn good money here in Clixsense. Id like to make sure that my account is safe who ever signed under my referral.

Is there a definite answer to this?

OK, I just finished reading the Clixense User Agreement and In my understanding I never read anything that state that a sponsor can be held liable in any violation made by their referrals. So it is my assumption that my account is safe whoever registered under me. (Unless the referral were suspected/proven of using the same computer as the sponsor or sharing the same IP).

Is my understanding correct?

Never assume if you aren't sure. You can always send a support ticket to get an official reply from the Admin/Staff.

You cannot be held responsible for the actions of your referrals, so long as you abide by the rules and don't mislead and get referrals through prohibited means (this is covered in the TOS, such as TE, PTSU, etc.)
If it is discovered you have a large number of corrupted referrals who join under you then you might be investigated, but be prepared to provide all the necessary details and you should be fine.

As far as deleting/closing account......when someone closes an account it is for good, it's because they do not want to be part of this site........there is no valid reason why a person would close an existing account to open a new one to join under someone else unless they are evading a ban on tasks/offers or other illicit reasons.......

This is a big no no, so long as you refuse such referrals you should be fine. If you accept such referrals with prior knowledge that makes you an accomplice and the admins might either suspend your account and/or your referrals.

People who join under you should NOT have an existing account. Also in the case where you don't have prior knowledge and someone attempts this, they (the referrals) will likely get caught by CS's system, it's not hard
to detect multi accounts by IP, by unique hardware footprint, and other methods, so either way nobody can get away with that.

You should probably set the rules straight in your blog and encourage people to read the TOS and regulations
before joining.........discourage any attempt of fraud and cheats from the start.
