I post it here because it's general forum and it's written: Talk about everything else here so I thought giving warning about another site is ok too here ( few PTCs allow it) but if it's forbidden here, it's ok.

There can be a few reasons why: (1) it can, in a way, be considered as a promotional tool or advertising, since it's mentioning a site that offers services in the same field* ( which by Forum rules isn't allowed ) and (2) talking about another sites service; whether there be pros or cons of such services, there are specific forums that handle such topics outside ClixSense, so technically falling under the first note I mentioned
