i cannot add/ or transaction my Bank of India, Master card (debit card) on paypal.

im getting this error msg:-

The bank that issued your card didn’t approve this transaction. Please contact the card issuer’s customer service department if you have any questions. Or you can add a different card now to continue.

any solution ??

and tell me which Bank's debit card are you using guys ??

Only ICICI Bank's debit card will work on PayPal. Else you will need to use a Credit Card.

what about Entropay Virtual credit card ??

is it still working on indian paypal account or not ??
