Go to the page that you want to take the screenshot and press 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard. Then go to MS paint & paste it there.. Click 'Save as' & select the format you want to save and give it a name. That's it.. Then you can upload that image on 'tinypic.com' or 'imgur.com'... I hope it helps..

I complete a variety of offers ranging from watching a video to completing online surveys or any other offer that I feel doable in the offerwall and also tasks.

@darkstar2: Yes you're right. These days, most of my earnings come through surveys. For example, I completed a survey worth $2.80 yesterday and watched a video (plus clicked ads, and in clixgrid and visited forum which is a normal day-day activity) and a guaranteed 14% added to whatever I already earned.
Which also means that a $0.392 ADDED TO THE $2.8 survey I completed. Which converts my earning from that survey from $2.8 to $3.192.
I think I ended up taking a couple more surveys of $0.85 each which increased my earnings much more.
So it's an awesome opportunity to make some extra money online.

The surveys just keeps coming...

I only completed 2 surveys today and look at how much I earned... Look at how much the bonus stands only for completing a 2 survey and a regular-routine clicking ads, grid, etc. which everyone can do...

Man this is getting better and better day by day!

Edit: oh and I have one more survey pending to be credited soon for $4 dollars
