Seems the link is meant to '
straighten' out the FAQs formatting that's found in the main PayPal site, making it a bit easier for some of it's customers/members to understand the ins-and-outs of PayPal, and as much get on the idea of maintaining a Forum to show activity among members
Now I agree with
mukande -- what I don't understand is why would they send a survey to inquire about your satisfaction/dissatisfaction of a service, when one can just submit a Resolution Ticket (
under the Contact link at the bottom of PayPal's main page ) on their main site without the use of a redirection link (
that is, the link provided in that email you may have opened from PayPal )
I say
ignore the email; don't open anymore emails like that -- go to the main site instead and inquire from there
