For starters, the first step towards earning more money is to go to the "offers" tab, and check out the various offers. Many are free and do not take much time. Many can be done over and over again. The more you do, the more money you will make.

And don't forget "tasks". For my country there are not as many offers, but the tasks have helped my earnings greatly!!

Ad credits are ad packs that you purchase to advertise your website, product or service to our members. They are NOT used for you to see more ads and you do not make money off purchasing ad credits.

No.
You will earn when you click ads, not when someone else views an ad.
