I just got a payoneer prepaid card and I want to activate my paypal account with it .
and in order to do that I need at least 5 dollors in my payonner account but I have no way to transfer it to the account

so my request is could any one send me the 5 dollars to my payoneer acount and I will send it back to an acount of his choois .
