Changing owner of account

Locked

#1 by barood » Sun Jul 05, 2015 07:32

I was thinking what will happen to the account if owner dies or fall ill and still wants to keep his/her account active.

Is there any possibility allowing to change the ownership of clixsense account to spouse / children / or any other ?

There should also be need of protected account, to save it from hacker.

Yes it is possible to change owner of the account . Another member did it a short wile ago . She passed on the account to her father . She had already asked Clixsense support and they said yes .

I'm not comfortable with the idea. What's going to prevent me selling my account by claiming the buyer is a relative? Bad policy.

This is common thing, and if a person wants his/her account transferred, then there is no harm

Thanks, very interesting isn't it? Great for account farming... you know how hard it is to get referrals - very very few people want to start from scratch. But they may be more willing to join under someone if there is an account already available, much more so if it has proven earning records or task level.

That said I still have strong feelings against it.

On the 1 hand I agree with you . On the other hand why let an upgraded account and eventual referrals go to waste ? On the point Task level I do believe it follows your Crowd Flower account not Clixsense account sinse you are able to acces Crowd flower from a lot of different pages .

Why, indeed, if not to have as many referrals as possible. Currently we can only work with one account but if ClixSense allows transfers then it should be possible to create an account and work on it for a while until it has proven track records of earning, then sell or rent it before creating another account with different email and paypal addresses. Rinse and repeat. Instead of toiling hard all by ourselves, we spread the load to hundreds or thousands of minions partners - until eventually we can simply do nothing and let them work for a nice little profit from each. Spread the wealth and eat the cake get wealthy, too

Like I said, I am not comfortable with the idea. But if it were officially allowed then why not? #equality #4all :D
