I plan to buy a new computer soon, and I want to make it my primary computer. But if I accessed my Clixsense account with my new computer, would my account be shut down because of it?

No it will not be shutdown timelike01. Inside the FAQ you can browse through information what can cause your account to be shutdown/terminated.
