According to Crowdflower, NDA jobs are only given to people that have Crowdflower as their 9-5 regular job, who have to work on computers provided by the company and work in a office. I believe this would be the same for Rainforest.
We never see NDA jobs because regular users don't get the offer of signing an NDA.

That's news to me.........those workers would have to be admins and not actual contributors.
I honestly don't see CF as a 9 to 5 job type, it's more of a supplement to income, with such crappy, unfair jobs
and low pay. :D

As far as RF, no, the NDA is offered as an option to clients. The NDA is for testers, you sign it and promise you will not disclose site details, names, content, etc....... For example a site still under development that is not accessible
to the public yet.....I have not seen any yet. Most of the stuff we test are existing sites accessible to the public
so an NDA would not be required.

I think Rainforest would prefer that you use their disposable email. That way they would be able to verify if an email came though or not, vital if the task autor complains about you not completing the test right. Whereas with other disposable email it is impossible to know if you've tampered with it or not before submission.

Good point, however I would be concerned that RF would say that I was not authorised to use that in the first place.

BTW, V-IQs are very buggy, it has to do with stars :D Big hits but error reports so early.

What a day........ 99% training hits 1% real hits :D

I use 5 sec.. some use 10 ..up to you but don't make it 1,2 or 3 it's very possible you lose the hit

yeah especially when the server is slow and it takes time for the page to display the oops
(when you see that green LOADING......) if that LOADING is a HIT and you refresh too quick
it will keep refreshing that LOADING......and you will lose hit with "requested too many times".
Even 5sec is bad when server is slow. I lost some hits with that interval.
So best thing is to adapt your refresh rate to server speed.

If the response is fast, no faster than 5sec, when server is slower and response is slower
a higher figure. Nothing is more frustrating than to lose a hit that way........ :D

There are times when things are so bad I have had to disable refresher and use manually.

ALSO tip, if you see too many workers / we reached limit of concurrent, etc.....then
switch to manual refresh...........there is a big chance you lose hit if you auto refresh
when this happens, as sometimes the HIT appears but quickly goes to the too many worker message, so
the refresher will keep refreshing this, and you lose hit.

I learned this the hard way :D

759026 was really active earlier - heavy rain, but now it's quiet until the storm later :D

The 49 step one ?

There was a bug in the API that deleted step instructions, maybe that is why we are
seeing hits with missing steps.......I wonder if they fixed this.........

that 29 step one was nice, I hope I see this one again, it's the first time I get that -
it's a completely new hit, never seen before in 1 year.
