For Level 0 who haven't receive any task and awaiting a badge for Level 1, here's a threadI found (see image below) in Crowdflower.com. New Contributors can expect to see the Entrance Exam on their dashboards by September 2015. Hoping this help.

Thanks very much for giving this opportunity to those who are not yet meet requirements in level 1. I am one of those person waiting for that level 1 . Hoping I can achieve that level.
