Thank you everyone for the advice. Just another quick question. It mentioned under cashout, that apart from the processing fee stated, Paypal do not charge other fee. Does this applies only in the US? How about for countries outside of the US? Paypal really do not charge?

I can understand that there will be some forex issue, since the ultimate receiving a/c for me will be in SGD. Hence, some form of forex conversion will happen. Apart from this, does Paypal not take a cut if the bank a/c is outside of the US? Any forumers residing outside of US can share your experiences? Thank you so much in advance.

The "no extra fee" refers to the receive fee. You normally pay a fee just for receiving money into your PayPal account. The fee paid on your Clixsense cashout is instead of this fee, and is a lower amount.

There may or may not be a fee to withdraw from PayPal to your bank account. This varies from country to country, and in some cases, the amount you choose to withdraw. Check the withdrawal fees page.
