Electronic Harassment

Locked

#1 by PumpkinPatch » Sat Aug 15, 2015 14:41

Anyone have information on electronic harassment? The ******* family stole my entire savings and belongings, and did mail fraud. Also, trying to separate me from my boyfriend by harassment.

One would suggest telling a policeman rather than a random forum.

In agreement with BouldRake, you'd be better to contact local law enforcement.

The problem is that ******* is a LAPD officer, and threatens me with death. One threat was left on my answer machine say I am in your apartment, and I am going to kill you. It was put on my answer machine the exact minute I arrived home.

Save mails , letters and record phone calls . It is an Internal Afairs case . Try FBI if they can be contacted . I am not about how that part works . But another PD out of your local jurisdiction would be the right to contact . It is the only way . Put copies of everything by a loyer with instructions about making a case out of it if anything should happen to you .

Save that recording . if it has been erased it can still be recovered . Do not touch the answering machine . Go to a PD out of your jurisdiction as fast as possible . That threat can put the 1 making it in jail for many years ! Cops are not imune to the law .

This sounds drug related.

No drugs involved. This family stole artwork, and all my personal belongings including clothes, paperwork, and even my password book, Mail fraud is also involved. It is a group of family members. Am I allowed to post the names?

Nothing unheard of . It happens a lot infact . This time there are just bad cops involved . Stay by a friend or family for a little wile and have the door lock changed as home security . Go to a PD outside your jurisdiction as fast as possible . Unplug that answering machine and keep it safe , you WILL need it since the case clearly ends up in court .

Mail Fraud Complaints:
United States Postal Inspection Service

FBI Contact Infos: FBI — Map of Field Offices

LAPD Misconduct Complaints: Complaint of Employee Misconduct - Los Angeles Police Department

The internet forums aren't what you need. You need to go to those agencies to start any type of investigation.

If you feel threatened to go to any LAPD office, go to a church or major victims of crime agency within your county or city.

I suggest you request this thread to be deleted as it *might* go against you when/if this case goes to trial. And then the owner of this forum would be held accountable.

It's not a matter of what we post, it's a matter of what the original poster types here as opposed to what possible testimony is given. And as a forum owner myself, I know that any law enforcement agency can and will be in contact with THIS owner for anything pertaining to the case, if it gets that far.

I won't get into any other complications (which there could be many), I've sent this thread to Jim.

Mentioning those names is a bad idea . It is considered Jury Tampering . Remove them FAST . You are hurting yourself and damaging your case by making these things public before trail .

Disneyhall,

Now you really screwinlg up making claims and posting names leaving you wide open for more problems you wish you
never had.

These comments you post gets instantly indexed to the search engines and what you post trails back to you and with a simple court order, clixsense turns over your IP, name, address, etc.

Go edit and remove your comments and clean up your foot prints.

If you have a real legal matter, take the Common Law approach and do your own paper work and filing and walk over to the Sherrifs office and let them serve legal notice papers to the parties your going after.

As I read through this I had the same thoughts===go to the Sheriff. Maybe then you are not dealing with the same group and have a different group to work with. Only tell them pertinent info not the general public.

This topic is going to have to stop here. I have to agree that this is certainly not the place to posting this type of information and if someone is doing something to you then you should not make it public knowledge in a forum as our forum is spidered thousands of times per day by many search engines and this will get picked up quickly.

Thank you
