We often find that Dashboard Statistics display zeros when a new Contributor ID has been added to the account. Your Dashboard Statistics are still intact, they are just not displaying for you to see them.
You can wait for our system to update your account (which may take a few days) or you can try updating your Profile information (such as selecting a different Preferred Contributor ID) to see if this will prompt your statistics to display again. To do this, go to make a change to your profile information (you can change it back later), then click on Save. Log out of CrowdFlower then log back in. The change may take several hours.
If the above does not work for you, please wait at least 72 hours before you contact us with the following information:
1. Which steps you took to update your Profile page to try to fix this issue.
2. A screenshot of your Job History page (.jpg or .png).
3. Whether your Dashboard page displays zeros all the time or if it is intermittent.
4. A screenshot of your main Dashboard page (.jpg or .png).
5. A list of all of your Contributor IDs and Channels from your Profile page:
6. Whether you started a new membership on a different Channel (website) recently.
