I don`t think that there is a limit on the ammount (if it exist I haven`t seen it) you can cash out in ClixSense. Regarding your question can you cash out 1000$ or more just check the link bellow.

In other words, there is no limit.

The maximum amount you can request in a single cashout depends on the payment processor.
The current limits are :
PayPal – $10,000
Payza – No limit

Not sure about Paytoo and NETELLER's limit here but on another site NETELLER's limit is $4900.

Checks obviously have no upper limit.

$500 is the most you can withdraw from PayPal (for non-verified accounts), not the amount you can receive at PayPal.

Anyway, I don't think anyone in ClixSense needs to be concerned about the
amount they can let ride or the amount they can cash out. Everyone gets
paid their earnings whenever they do cash out and whatever amount it is.
